Dr. Robert Beard is a poet who’s been working with dictionaries and lexical studies. He was the man responsible for the section “word of the day” at yourdictionary.com for several years.
Getting in touch in such a peculiar way with the English language led Dr. Robert to write a book called the 100 most beautiful words in English.
So I took a few words from his selection and made a typographic image using the Tagxedo engine. Here is the outcome!

Mental Floss is one of my great resources of useless, previously unseen information. I recently found out about them and I’m still stuck at their Amazing Fact Generator.
It’s basically a widget they have in one of their pages. You keep hitting a button and they prompt you with an amazing fact, such as:
